Day 1
Arrival at Pisa airport and transfer to the 4* Hotel Garden, situated 30 mins leisurely walk from the centre of Siena [or 5 - 10 mins by bus].

Full day excursion to Montepulciano and Pienza.
Visit of the historical wine cellars of Montepulciano and wine tasting.
Lunch in a farm near Montepulciano with local wines and home-cooked complimentary produce.

Day 3
Half-day tour of Chianti region.
Visit of a castle and wine tasting.

I've had so many requests to organize some kind of event whereby members could have the opportunity to get together in a safe and relaxed environment: a chance to meet new people and even old friends too.
What better way to do this than by enjoying a good meal together? So to get the ball rolling, I've booked some tables at one of the nicest restaurants in London.
Le Colombier is situated in the heart of Chelsea, and has over the years, received many superb reviews (it is one of the very few restaurants ever given 10/10 by the very critical Sunday Times food critic AA Gill).
Great food, great ambience, great service, great location ………… and great value for money.
I've been eating there since it first opened in 1998, and the quality of food and service has never disappointed. The proprietor Didier is now a dear friend, and he is delighted to host the 'Singular Travel Dining Club'.
